1) How secure is your website?
We realise that the Internet is based on trust so we take security very seriously. Your credit/debit card details are sent to our payment service provider 'Protx' over an SSL encrypted connection. You will notice that when you get to the screen where you are prompted for your card details, there is a padlock symbol in the bottom right-hand corner (in Internet Explorer 7 the padlock appears to the right of the web address). This signifies the SSL encrypted connection. Your card is then debited by ‘Streamline’ (part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group).
Furthermore, we are members of the SafeBuy Assurance Scheme, set up to protect consumers when buying online. SafeBuy’s Code of Practice is approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and in order to get accreditation, we have to adhere to a number of good practices. 2) How can I pay for goods?
You can pay for goods using either a credit or debit card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheque payments.
3) What cards do you accept?
We accept the following cards:
Visa Delta, Visa, Maestro/Switch, MasterCard, Solo and Visa Electron.
4) Which destinations do you dispatch to?
We only sell to the UK market. Unfortunately we do not ship to any other EU countries. Nor do we ship to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.
5) How much is your delivery charge?
Our ‘per order’ delivery charge is as follows:
UK - Royal Mail First Class Delivery £2.50
Therefore, you can order as many products as you want and you still only pay the one charge!
6) When will my goods be dispatched?
Goods are normally dispatched the very next working day (via Royal Mail's First Class Service). However, please allow up to 1-2 working days for dispatch.
If you are not in when an attempt is made to deliver your goods, a calling card will be left and you can pick your item(s) up from the local sorting office.
7) Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. A VAT receipt will be sent with your order.
8) What is your returns policy?
We have a full returns policy which can be viewed here. However, if you encounter an issue with any of our products please call us first as some problems can be easily rectified without the need to return the product.
